Text on Panorama:
This panorama, taken by James Blakeway, celebrates the 100-year anniversary of Scott Field, as the Mississippi State Bulldog football team took on their first opponent of the 2014 season. Scott Field was named after Olympic sprinter Don Magruder Scott, one of the best athletes ever to play at MSU. As part of the centennial celebration, the north end zone was expanded to accommodate over 61,000 fans, making Davis Wade Stadium at Scott Field the largest on-campus football stadium in the state of Mississippi. It also features two of the largest video boards in college football.
