This panoramic photograph of Moscow was taken by James Blakeway. It features a twilight view of Red Square with the world famous St. Basil’s Cathedral centered in the photograph. The open area to the right of St. Basil’s is Red Square which includes the Lenin Mausoleum, partially obscured by St. Basil’s Cathedral. The clock tower is Savior Tower. It serves as one of the entrances to the Kremlin. You can see the walls of the Kremlin extending left from this tower. Within the Kremlin is the Cathedral of the Assumption with its gold-domed roofs. The river at the far left is the Moscow River.
