Overall, it was a very easy and straightforward experience. The only downside would be it was hard to go between looking at the items you could chose and the photos of them pictured, because you had to find them on a page with a lot of other products.

Two of our items were damaged and I reached out to customer service with pictures and they were replaced quickly. One of the pieces was damaged a second time and we reached out again with pictures and was offered a partial refund.
