Wish I could could give zero stars. Order delivered to wrong address and missing items. Called and emailed customer support to report and resolve the missing items and was told I was wrong and I actually received them! ( even though did not)First representative was SO rude, refused to help me even with redirecting the items, so I emailed the company. Which was also not effective- I was told check the box again. Actually insulting and moronic- would not use your company ever again.

Product ChoiceI like that you offer unique dorm items. I was struggling finding a shelf that would fit and fulfill my daughter’s needs for her dorm and I found it here. Prices are comparable or cheaper than Amazon. I was afraid that shipping would be too expensive but I was happy that my shipping cost was under $3 dlls.
