Items came in a timely manner. After opening product and letting it air the allotted time the product was very disappointing. Too small for the bed size I ordered it for. Material was extremely thin and we can't tell any difference in the comfort of our bed. I feel like it's almost worse. Not at all what their pictures represented we were getting. We asked for a refund and they wanted pictures of the product. Why? You know what you sent to us. Bad product and service afterwards purchase. Would not recommend.
