Hooks don't fit my bed frame:( Otherwise, decent shelf

Shipped super fast and was packaged well. I love the beautiful smooth white wood! Personally, I don't need it as long as it is or with the holes in the bottom, but it will work just great as a nightstand replacement, which is what I intended to use it for. Also, it came with a screwdriver. I have one already, but that is super convenient for someone that doesn't own tools. The shelf came dirty, but nothing a quick wipe-down can't clean up! I gave this 4 instead of 5 starts because 1) the pieces on the bottom were already put in the wood when it arrived and cracked the surface of the surrounding wood, making a mess when I moved the shelf (I duct taped it so it should be ok), and 2) the hooks are too small to fit on my bed frame, so I'm forced to buy hooks at Home Depot (and idk if they're going to work so I'm crossing my fingers). I wish Dormco had provided dimensions for the hooks in the description because now I'm forced to keep the shelf on the floor while I try to find other hooks that will fit my bed frame.
